COMMUNITY SAFETY AND SECURITY ASSESSMENT
Community Safety and Security Assessment – A regional YMCA, to assess the security and safety of it’s three (3) locations. This assessment involved visiting each location, conducting thorough reviews of the facility layout, existing security programs, security technologies, and emergency response planning.
The resulting Community Safety and Security Assessment not only shed light on the existing security and safety plans but also provided invaluable insights for future improvements.

Challenge
Conduct a community safety and security assessment of three completely different types of facilities, each with differing security and safety concerns due to its location.
Solution
Using an iPad and a Software Assessment Tool, LARGO created a template for systemically assessing each facility’s safety and security. Once the assessments were complete, LARGO provided a detailed report including vulnerabilities, best practices, and considerations for the client.
